Liberal Arts & Sciences

The School's mission is to foster intellectual curiosity, open inquiry, critical thinking, the pursuit of knowledge, responsible civic engagement, and a deep understanding of the relationship of the Christian faith and reason. This is achieved through a rigorous liberal arts curriculum with undergraduate programs in the humanities, social sciences, mathematics, engineering, computer science, and the physical and biological sciences as well as outstanding graduate programs.

Learn From the Best
The School’s faculty are internationally respected experts in their fields. One professor has worked with former Secretary of State John Kerry in international relations observing elections in Africa. Another has appeared on the Animal Planet television show River Monsters. Others have contributed to, and even written the texts you will use in class.
Launching Brighter Futures
One of our graduates is a research analyst with a consulting company and co-authored a text on forensic molecular biology. A recent history graduate is in law school in Washington D.C. where he has been a clerk for the House Judiciary Committee.
